We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. This being so, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. To find out if a change or cancellation is possible, please contact us at sales@araims.com

Once we receive goods from our brands, we will package your whole order and send you a shipment email with tracking information.
